PleaseMeet

For accounting and bookkeeping firms

Put a referral link in every invoice.

Your clients know other business owners like them. PleaseMeet gives you a personal link for your email signature and invoice emails. A happy client clicks it, types in someone they know, and a warm introduction goes from their own email to that person, in your words, with you copied. You pay when a meeting is booked.

No risk: you pay nothing unless a meeting is booked.

The introduction

A warm introduction, from one person to another.

Not a referral form, a tracked link or a coupon code. Your client emails someone they know, in your words, and you are copied, so you can reply and find a time to talk.

A client can choose to ask the person first instead. Then you are not copied, and the meeting still counts when it is booked.

How it works

Set it up once, then send invoices as usual.

PleaseMeet in two minutes
  1. 1

    Connect Google Workspace

One sign-in with your firm's account. Your replies to introductions go out from your Gmail, and meetings booked on your calendar are counted.

  2. 2

    Write your introduction

How you want to be introduced, and the kinds of businesses you want to meet. Clients send your words, not their own guess.

  3. 3

Add the link to your signature and invoices

A client who clicks it types in someone they know, or connects Google to see suggestions. Nothing is sent until they approve it.

Your client stays in control

  • Nothing is sent until they approve it
  • They can change any word
  • It goes out from their own email
  • We never read their email or yours

Questions

What firms usually ask.

What do I need?

Google Workspace: Gmail and Google Calendar on your firm's account. A meeting counts when the person introduced to you is a guest on a meeting booked on your Google Calendar after the introduction.

Do you read my email, or my clients' email?

No. The only Gmail permission we ask for is to send. A client who connects Google for suggestions lets us look at their contacts and calendar to find people they know, never their email.

What does my client see?

A short page with your introduction. They type in someone they know, or connect Google to see suggestions, and the introduction goes out from their own email. They can change any word first, and nothing is sent until they approve it.

Where should the link go?

Anywhere a happy client already reads you: your email signature, the email that goes with each invoice, or a “thanks for your business” note.

Let your clients introduce you.

It costs nothing to set up, and nothing in a month without a booked meeting.
