PleaseMeet

Warm introduction software

Turn customer relationships into warm sales introductions.

Warm introduction software helps salespeople reach prospects through someone those prospects already know. PleaseMeet focuses on a specific source of those introductions: your existing customers. A rep prepares the message, a customer chooses whom they are comfortable introducing, and the introduction is sent from that customer’s own email.

How PleaseMeet works

  1. Your rep prepares the ask. Write an introduction once and share a personal referral link with a happy customer.
  2. The customer decides. They can name someone they know or connect Google to review suggestions from their contacts and calendar. They choose and approve each introduction.
  3. A personal email goes out. Approved introductions are sent through the customer’s own Gmail account, with the rep copied. PleaseMeet does not read inbox contents.
  4. You see the meeting outcome. When the introduced person appears on a qualifying meeting in the rep’s connected Google Calendar, PleaseMeet records it.

What makes this different from contact enrichment?

A contact database may help you find a potential buyer or their email address. That is not the same as earning an introduction from someone the buyer knows. PleaseMeet is designed around the introducer’s explicit choice, not sending messages to a purchased list or impersonating the relationship.

Who it fits

PleaseMeet is useful for B2B salespeople, agencies, consultants and service firms whose customers know other potential customers, and whose sales process typically starts with a meeting. It requires a Google account for the rep’s sending and meeting tracking. It is not designed to replace a CRM or to guarantee introductions.

Common questions

Does the customer have to connect Gmail?
No. They can name an individual without connecting Google. Connecting Google enables contact and calendar-based suggestions and sending approved introductions from their Gmail.
Does PleaseMeet read emails?
No. Its Gmail permission is for sending approved emails; it does not request permission to read inbox contents.
What is counted as a meeting?
A qualifying Google Calendar event created after an introduction, with the introduced person as an attendee. See the site’s terms and pricing for billing details.
