Referrals and warm introductions
Make it easier for clients to introduce you.
Clients sometimes know friends who could benefit from an insurance conversation. Give them a personal link, not another referral form.
When to ask
At renewal or following helpful service. Ask clients to introduce only people they know and who may welcome a conversation. Never request policyholder details about other people.
Where to share your link
A renewal thank-you email. PleaseMeet gives you a personal link you can share with someone who has offered to help.
What happens next
A client approves the message before sending. Follow your agency's rules for referrals and marketing. PleaseMeet sends introductions from the introducer's own Gmail when they connect Google, and does not read anyone's email inbox.
No referral form required
The point is a real introduction between people, not a coupon or anonymous lead. A customer can also name someone without connecting Google. The business needs a Google account for sending and booked-meeting tracking. Pricing is per booked meeting, not per seat or subscription; check the current pricing.
Give happy clients a way to introduce you.
